Matchmaking in a culinary setting

The Open Kitchen Sessions are exclusive networking lunches where promising European food startups connect with leading players across the value chain. In an inspiring atmosphere, a renowned chef prepares dishes using products from the participating startups. This setting where tasting, conversation, and exploration come together, creates the foundation for collaborations that can evolve into scalable propositions.

Second edition

On 25 June 2026, the second edition will take place at Osteria Porta Sud in Breda. During this session, five innovative ingredients will take center stage:  BRS Green, Cosun, MaGie CreationsThe Mediterranean Food Lab (MFL) and Nutrition From Water NXW.

In a culinary setting, they will present their innovative products and engage in discussions with value chain partners and other stakeholders, with the aim of exploring new collaborations and opportunities for scaling up.
