Meet CUREON: The new MedTech & BioTech Innovation Center in building HTC 11
The choice of this location is no coincidence: Brainport Eindhoven is the beating heart of healthcare innovation in the Netherlands. More than just providing labs, cleanrooms, and offices, this center connects companies directly to a thriving ecosystem.
The name of the innovation center was unveiled by Martijn van Gruijthuijsen, Provincial Executive Member of North Brabant for Economy, Knowledge and Talent Development.
CUREON reflects both energy and progress: CURE for healing, and ON for turning innovation, collaboration, and the future of healthcare ON.
Brainport’s strength lies in the combination of a strong high-tech manufacturing industry and a unique collaboration model. We leverage these competencies to contribute to the transition in healthcare by developing innovative MedTech solutions and accelerating their delivery to patients.

The spirit of collaboration was made tangible on stage when Bart Sanders, CEO & Founder of STENTiT and Jan Rietsema, Director of Smart BioMaterials Consortium (SBMC) sealed the deal with STENTiT officially becoming the first user of the brand new SBMC cleanroom.
Our GMP-compliant cleanrooms enable companies to develop and produce under conditions required for clinical use. For start-ups, access to these facilities and our expertise can significantly shorten time to market.
